Policy
The "France Excellence" scholarships are awarded in 2023 by the French Institute of Cyprus. They are scholarships of the French Government.
The selection of candidates is made according to the priorities defined by the scholarship commission, which is sovereign and determines its own selection criteria.
These scholarships are awarded for Programs of Studies in French and English at the Licence/Bachelor (starting year 1) and Master level (starting M1 or M2).
