Appel à candidature pour 500 bourses d'études Canadienne

Through the regional directorate of Canadian foreign scholarships, the secretary of state for study and research at Laval University is calling for applications for 500 Canadian scholarships for the academic year 2020-2021.These scholarships are intended for nationals of A category countries (industrialized European countries, and extra-European) and those of B category countries (developing countries, third world and extra-European). The aim is to allow the students to continue their studies, to perfect their knowledge for research work in fields to which Laval University pays particular attention.

SPECIFICITY OF THE SCHOLARSHIP:

- Laval University intends to facilitate immigration to people wishing to continue their studies and obtain Canadian state diplomas.

- The selected candidates will be inserted in addition to their study in sensitive sectors of the economic and social life of Canada: (health, law, diplomacy, communication, finance, energy, industry, transport, agriculture ...)

Cette option de l’Université Laval vise à donner une aptitude professionnelle aux boursiers pour pouvoir travailler s'ils le désirent au Canada à la fin de leur formation.

DURATION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP:

The scholarships cover the period of a training cycle or a maximum of six semesters or more.

TRAVEL EXPENSES:

Round-trip plane tickets (Provenance - Canada / Quebec) are paid for by the regional directorate of Canadian foreign exchanges. Prerequisites for Application as a general rule, applicants for Canadian foreign scholarships must:

- Be at least18 but not older than 55 years old;

- To understand and to speak correctly one of the languages of instruction in Canada (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian)

- To have a diploma equivalent to the first teaching cycle certificate, the baccalaureate or the professional aptitude certificate of the countries of the European Union
