Danse l’Europe !

To mark the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union (PFUE), choreographer Angelin Preljocaj has created a piece set to the music of Jeanne Added, "Danse l'Europe !". Now it’s your turn to listen and dance along!

Young and old, amateurs and professionals, alone, in pairs or in groups: all EU citizens are invited to listen to the choreographer’s audio instructions and dance together online. The audio instructions are available in 24 languages on this page and on the Danse l’Europe mobile app, downloadable on your smartphone. The audio guide is divided into two parts: a warm-up to prepare your body, and a short guided choreography you can film yourself performing. Videos are to be filmed in landscape mode with good image quality.

You have until May 30, 2022 to film your dance and upload it to the Numeridanse website or on social networks using the hashtag #Dansel’Europe,  so that it can be included in the film of our dance without borders: a dance for all of Europe.

Be creative, mindful and aware of your environment! We can’t wait to see your version of Angelin Preljocaj’s choreography!

In practice, you are invited to download the Danse l'Europe application! on your smartphones (via the App Store or the Google Play Store).

Two modes are available: the “solo” mode to dance alone or “with others” to connect with other users.
