The Paris Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences brings together the masters in mathematical sciences from universities Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris-Diderot, Paris-Dauphine, Paris-Descartes, Paris-13, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the ENS, founding members or partners of the Fondation Sciences Mathématiques de Paris. Goût de / Good France will celebrate French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on March 19, 2015. A total of 1000 chefs on all five continents are expected to join the event on the eve of spring. Dinners served simultaneously in participating restaurants will honour the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine.
From fine dining to quality bistro food, in an effort to highlight diversity, all chefs are invited to participate in this great event by registering online, at the Goût de/Good France website, until December 15, 2014.
The Marc de Montalembert Foundation and the French Institut national d’histoire de l’art (INHA) have formed a partnership to sponsor the Marc de Montalembert Prize of 8,000 euros. The grant will be awarded to support a research project whose outcome must constitute an original contribution to the knowledge of the arts of the Mediterranean world. The Foundation will also offer the grant holder the possibility of a residenceship at its headquarters in Rhodes, Greece.
Le Prix Marc de Montalembert d'un montant de 8 000 euros est décerné annuellement en association avec l'Institut National d'Histoire de l'Art pour permettre l'achèvement d'une recherche en histoire des arts de la Méditerranée.
