The French Institute of Cyprus participes to the 2nd Cyprus Archaeological, Ethnographic and Historical Film Festival with the screening of the French documentary film Cultural Heritage - How to preserve our History? in English with Greek subtitles. 12 - 15 September - Skali Aglantzias.

A country’s heritage is a reflection of its history and its common legacy. It is our duty to preserve these priceless works of art and witness accounts of past civilizations. Scanners, virtual reality, ultra-strong rays… new technologies are now a crucial tool for preserving these cultural treasures from the past. How will these innovations revolutionize archaeological research and the everyday lives of professionals? In the future, will these inventions help us find out more about our history to the point where we can create digital conservation areas.
